We charge a 100 % cancellation fee for any no-shows or 50% fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment

I am a Licensed Nail Technician and Manicuring Instructor. I strive to create a comfortable, relaxing and welcoming environment for my clients. I specialize in all types of services ranging from Manis and Pedis to Gel-X and Acrylic Extensions. I utilize my product knowledge and hands-on experience to personalize each service to what you need. My goal is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience where all clients leave feeling calm and refreshed.
Sandra Ortiz
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and Ohio resident for over 10 years, Sandra Ortiz brings 32 years of beauty industry experience with a deep specialization in nail artistry and manicuring. Sandra is a certified Cuccio USA Educator (since 2022) and currently serves as a Senior Instructor at one of Columbus, Ohio's most respected cosmetology schools — where she also leads and mentors new educators. Her passion lies in shaping the next generation of nail professionals. Through private and group continuing education courses, she equips students with technical skills, product knowledge, sales techniques, and workplace health & safety best practices.
